Cancellation & Studio Policy
A 72 hour cancellation notice is required to cancel a session. If you cancel your appointment within the 72 hours, you will lose your deposit. If you give us a minimum of 72 hours notice, we will apply your deposit to a future session.
The session clock begins at the scheduled session start time that is agreed upon by both parties. The session begins when scheduled whether or not you are present.
Please call and let us know if you are going to be running late.NOTE: Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before the session.
Session Rules & Guidelines
Clients can bring a maximum of (1) ONE guest per artist. If you wish to bring more guests, please call us and we'll try to accomodate you. Otherwise, additional guests WILL BE TURNED AWAY at the door.
Please be respectful in the studio. Rude, disorderly and drunk persons will be asked to leave immediatly.
Smoking is prohibited in the studio.
ALCOHOL & DRUGS:
The use of alcohol & drugs is prohibited in the studio.
Pets are not allowed inside the studio property.
Data Backup & Storage Policy
Evermore Sound does not guarantee the safe storage of your files.
It is the client's responsibility to have and maintain a backup copy of the data files.
Once your data has been transferred to the media of your choosing, Evermore Sound no longer assumes responsibility for the safe keeping of this data.
Clients are required to bring their own storage device (USB Flash drive, External Hard Drive, etc.) in order to take all of their data with them.
Recording studio files will be stored for 30 days unless it's an ongoing project.
File transfer/backup time is billable at normal studio rates. This includes file preparation such as, rendering of your audio files, if necessary.
